How do candidates at all levels of government get elected without majority voter support? What can we do about the total disintegration of civil political discourse? Those who believe that American hyper-partisanship and political tribalism are beyond repair may be correct. But changing how we vote may help us change how our leaders lead, how they talk to us and how we talk to each other.
The answer to our questions: Instant Runoff/Ranked Choice Voting (RCV). Learn how RCV, when used in combination with what’s called Final Five Voting, can help Georgia eliminate increasingly unpopular runoff elections.
