For the Sake of Argument

Ever gotten into an argument and wondered what the point was? Ever argued about Israel and wished it felt less tense—or more productive? Join us on Saturday, May 17th from 1:00–2:30 PM in the Sanctuary for a dynamic session that blends practical tools with powerful ideas to help us engage in healthier, more meaningful conversations about Israel. Using short stories and live “arguments,” participants will explore and practice the art of productive disagreement.

Or Hadash member and local Jewish educator Kelly Cohen is part of the inaugural cohort of facilitators trained in For the Sake of Argument, an innovative program developed by renowned Israel educators Robbie Gringras and Abi Dauber Sterne. As part of her training, Kelly will be leading a 90-minute workshop
