A seminar on the differences between the Georgia Advanced Directive for Healthcare document and the Georgia POLST (Physician Order for Life Sustaining Treatment) document.

This updated seminar not only provides in-depth guidance on how these documents differ but also why now, more than ever, one needs to have both documents. In addition, this seminar also includes new related information, which in an emergency, can shorten emergency personnel response time, thereby perhaps saving a life. Our own Ronnie Genser, of Bereavement Navigators, will share her expertise during this 60 minute presentation, including a questions and answers session. Registration is required at least 4 days prior to the session in order to receive an electronic link to the 24 page handout and also have time to print it out prior to the presentation .
