On Friday night, January 28th, Or Hadash will be joining hundreds of other communities in participation of National Council of Jewish Women’s Repro Shabbat. Parshat Mishpatim is the original source text for why Judaism permits and sometimes requires abortion, and we'll be exploring these texts together in light of our present moment.  We welcome Dr. Mimi Zieman, who will be in conversation with Rabbi Lauren immediately following Friday night services about these themes and what's at stake currently in our country.
