There is a whole world of Jewish history and story and poetry that follows in the Prophets and the Writings, and this year we are setting out to explore it, joining Jews worldwide in the 929 project started by the Israeli Education Ministry. We meet every Tuesday at noon via Zoom, with sessions led by Rabbi Lauren or Dr. Amy. Come when you can, even if not every week; no experience or Hebrew knowledge is expected or required. If you've ever felt, "You know, I really should read the whole Bible sometime," now's the time. As Hillel said, "If not now, when?"
All are welcome. Click here to join the meeting.

Join us at 9am on Sunday mornings for "mindfulness minyan." Rabbi Lauren will guide us through selected parts of the liturgy to allow for more spaciousness, singing, meditation, and movement. The service will be about 45 minutes long, and we will end with Mourner's Kaddish. Join us if this is your style of prayer, or you're curious and want to try something new to connect more deeply to the words of prayer and to your own inner life. Join in person or on Zoom.

Shabbat Lunch Learning
Jews in the Foreign Court: Power, Vulnerability, and Antisemitism-Purim Learning.
Join Dr. Amy and Marc Gary to read from Esther and other biblical stories of Jews who rise to powerful positions within a foreign court. How do they balance their Jewish identity with the need to fit in; how do they decide when to stand up and when to slide under the radar? (And why does the Tanakh tell so many versions of this story?)
Tot Shabbat, in Partnership with PJ Library
Join Rabbi Lauren and families of kids ages 0-4 for Tot Shabbat, a magical, musical, playful gathering celebrating Shabbat together. We'll tell stories, sing prayers and songs, move our bodies, and revel in the wonder of togetherness and love. Stick around for kiddush lunch to follow!
